Return & Refund Policy

At Santhrupthi Agro Industries, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

 Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns ​

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or leaked upon delivery

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Proof Requirement

To process a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
  • Order details and invoice

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
